Who is required to complete a Study Plan?
Students enrolling in the first year of a Bachelor's Degree Programme (2026/2027 cohort) are not required to complete a study plan.
Study Plan Submission and Amendment Periods – Academic Year 2026/2027
Bachelor's Degree Programmes
2024/2025 cohort, and 2025/2026 cohort only for Biological Sciences and Applied Physics
- Study plan submission period: 16 November – 18 December 2026
Once your study plan has been confirmed, it cannot be modified, as it is immediately recorded in the University's system, even if the submission period is still open. - Study plan amendment period: 7–17 January 2027
Master's Degree Programmes
2026/2027 cohort and 2025/2026 cohort
- Study plan submission period: 1–31 December 2026
